The fourth Key to freedom from Homosexuality: Relinquishing old ties.

To be completely free you must let go of old friends who desire to keep you trapped in the Homosexual lifestyle. You can’t keep going back and visiting these friends, laughing and joking with them. Hanging out with them and not expect to be drawn right back out there doing what you used to do with them.

Many who have been delivered from homosexuality have gotten to the place, where they have become lonely and need the companionship of friends, many in the Body of Christ has shunned them, and will not embrace them as they should, and these young men and women begin to feel rejected by their brothers and sisters in Christ.  Then they go back to the friends they used to have for some attention innocently, just wanting the attention and friendship from someone, and the place they should be able to find solace, they are rejected just because they used to be a homosexual.

Though it is innocent initially for these to go visit the friends who are still in the homosexual lifestyle, this is actually a trick of the enemy.  He’s plan is to get them back around their old friends, hang out with them, party with them, and unbeknownst to the delivered homosexual; instead of influencing their old friends, their old friends begin to influence them, and the spirit of homosexuality will begin to move back in.  Before long the ex-homosexual is drawn back into what he was delivered from, because he/she went back and touched the unclean thing.

Yes, it is possible for an ex-homosexual to go back into the lifestyle, because they begin to operate out of their flesh.  They stop praying, they stop seeking God, they start doing all the things they used to do, only because they left off putting God first.  Therefore, they put Jesus to an open shame, because they said they were free.  What then will the friends say, and those who don’t believe it’s possible to be delivered?  They will no doubt begin to say that the ex-homosexual was never free, never delivered, and never changed only because they don’t know or understand the power of God to deliver.

The ex-homosexual must leave everything that pertains to homosexuality in their past.  This is not suppressing homosexuality, this is relinquishing all agreement with homosexuality, and allowing God to transform your mind.  Therefore no, you cannot maintain a friendship, partnership, or acquaintance with practicing homosexuals and remain delivered; especially if you were recently delivered.  Show them love from afar, but protect your deliverance at all costs.

“Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you” (2 Corinthians 6:17).

The Third Key To Freedom From Homosexuality

The third Key to freedom from Homosexuality: FAITH.

You will never be free if you don’t believe its possible to be free from Homosexuality. If you have bought into the lie that says: “Once a homosexual, always a homosexual” then the possibilities of you becoming free is null and void, because doubt stops the hands of God.

“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him” (Hebrews 11:6).

Faith is the catalyst for everything that takes place in God, and faith does not depend on what others say, think, or believe, it is only based on the Word of God and it works by love.  Therefore, if you can believe it you can have it.

Jesus said: “And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you” (Matthew 17:20).  You see it is not whether or not one can be free, but whether or not on can believe they can be free.

Many believe that they are born into homosexuality; which is one of the greatest lies the Devil has ever told and my book Black Sheep Secret explains why this statement is common both among heterosexuals, and homosexuals alike.

If you desire to be free then Faith is the key.

The Second Key to Freedom From Homosexuality

The second Key to freedom from homosexuality: Weariness (being tired of the lifestyle).

If you are still enjoying the lifestyle of Homosexuality you will not be free from it. If the pleasure to engage in homosexual acts is more appealing to you than being free, then you will not be free.

When one is tired of a thing it is much easier for them to let it go.  The greatest lure for homosexuality is the sexual encounters, lust being the driving force behind many of the sexual escapades that occur between two men, or two women.

Many desire to be free, but with peer pressure, the desire to be loved, and misguided affections; it can be difficult to believe that one could even be free.  Mainly because when one looks at freedom, they believe that when you are free there should be no longer the desire to commit homosexual acts.  However, what many don’t take into consideration is that there is an enemy who desires you to continue in homosexuality, and he (Satan) knows how to stir our emotions, and sexual desires to cause us to feel weak in this area, therefore we give in to the feelings he is siring rather than cast them down.

These desires start in our thoughts, and if we don’t cast them down, or resist them immediately, they can feed our desires; that’s when we start compromising on what we will do.

Experiencing this over and over again can cause one to then resent this activity, because the outcome remains the same.  When someone reaches this state it is much easier for them to come out of the lifestyle, because all the mystic of it is gone.  It would be as if they are telling the spirit of homosexuality: ” I don’t want this anymore”.  When the homosexual spirit gets the message then it will leave, because unbeknownst to the homosexual the power is in their hands to be free.

Therefore, being tired of the lifestyle is a great way to know you are on your way to be free.

I wrote this book in 2005 – 2006 and it was published in 2008.  I wrote it because I had been hearing too many stories about women who found out too late that their husbands were having sexual relationships with men.

They had met with all formalities of what people will say a man is, and didn’t see any of the hidden, secret, and silent warnings that a man is having sex with other men.

They (women) watched very intently for the obvious signs of gaydom, you know the loose wrist, the switch when walking, the child pleases, and all other obvious signs that a man is Gay.  However, they didn’t know that homosexuality also comes with none of those obvious signs.  That outwardly a man can look like a mans man, and does all the things which women think are manly, but inwardly, he is a rabid dog, just waiting to pounce on the man that you are not even paying attention to in the next seat, the isle at the grocery story, standing behind the counter, and walking with you around the park.

They are not paying attention to the guy who calls him on the phone more than once a day, maybe twice a day, and five times in a day.  No but let a woman call just once, and they fly off the handle.  Not even considering that maybe you are the trophy.  He don’t want another woman, he wants a man.

So I wrote this book and today, four (4) years later I am still hearing stories about women who had no idea that the man they married, were engaged to,  and have been having sex with; is gay.

Then there are the men who desire to come out of the homosexual lifestyle, this book was also written for them.

It first gives my experience with this spirit (homosexuality is a spirit), how I was molested as a child, by my father and my female baby sitter.  How men had  molested me for most of my childhood.  It chronicles the hatred I had for myself, hatred for my father, and the awesomeness of God to deliver and make free; completely.

This book maybe your saving grace, to keep you from the next man who is attempting to use you to cover up a life style he is attempting to keep secret.  He could be a pastor, a friend or anyone around you.

I am so excited about this new blog page.  Here is where you will find information about my current book: Black Sheep Secret: The Homosexual Spirit Exposed, and news about my upcoming books.

All of James Bligen Books with the exception of Black Sheep Secret will be on the Kingdom Truth imprint which is my new Publishing Company soon to be launched.  I am looking forward to what the Lord will do through this company.

My goal in writing these books is to encourage, instruct, uplift, inspire and renew the Body of Christ to Jesus Christ under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.  Currently, I am working on two books titled: “A Man Like God”  A book for men, to show them who they are in Christ and to open their eyes to the true responsibility of men in the Body of Christ.  The other book is titled: “The Kingdom Way: A Believers Guide”,  this book will teach, and inspirit believers of all ages to be all they can be in Christ.  It is my hope that it will be a teaching guide to new, and established believers.

I pray you will be inspired by these books, and the many other books which are yet to be revealed by the Holy Spirit.
